Liebe Wohnungssuchende,

auf diesem Wege biete ich meine schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung an.
Sie ist für eine Hochpaterre Wohnung unfassbar Lichtdruchflutet und ihre hohen Decken von 3.50 lassen Raum zum Atmen.

Ich habe nun endlich eine Wohnung in Berlin gefunden und möchte auf diesem Wege meine in Leipzig untervermieten.
Ob es für 3, 6 oder das ganze Jahr sein soll können wir gerne besprechen.
Gerade ist es noch so, das mein Schlafzimmer als Abstellraum dient, das heißt, dieses bleibt erstmal abgeschlossen.
Ich werden in den nächsten Wochen das Wohn/ Schlafzimmer noch schön herrichten und umgestalten. Die Couch kommt aufjedenfall raus. Alles andere kann man gern besprechen was drinnen bleiben kann.
