Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung im Zentrum.
Es gibt zwei große Fenster und die hohen Decken lassen die Wohnung größer wirken.
Eine kleine Küche mit zwei Herdplatten und ein Bad mit Badewanne sind auch vorhanden.
Außerdem steht in der Küche eine Waschmaschine, welche ich für 30€ abgeben kann.
In 5 min ist man am bayerischen Bahnhof und 5 min in die andere Richtung am Johannisplatz.
Noch schneller ist man am Edeka und am Dönerladen.
Der STUK ist auch gleich um die Ecke und in der Uni ist man zu Fuß in 10 min.
Bei Interesse an der Wohnung am besten einfach per WhatsApp melden und wir machen einen Besichtigungstermin aus.
