Looking for studio apartment for one year

My name is Adil, and I am currently in search of a 1-room apartment in Leipzig. I am an Erasmus Student and currently living in Ghent, Belgium.
As a single individual, I am looking for a comfortable living space that provides the necessary amenities for everyday living. Ideally, the apartment would be well-maintained, furnished or partially furnished, and situated in a convenient location with access to public transportation and essential facilities.
Here are some preferences I have in mind for my apartment search:
Rental period: From September mid-2023 to next September 2024. However, if mid-September is not suitable for you we can agree to start the rental period from the September 1, 2023
Location: Emil-Fuchs-Straße 1, 04105 Leipzig, Germany or could be 2 to 3 kilometer away from the preferred location
Budget: €500 max
Size: Ideally a 1-room apartment, including a bedroom, a small kitchenette, and a private bathroom
Furnishing: Furnished or partially furnished, with basic furniture and appliances
Amenities: Reliable internet connection, heating/cooling facilities, and access to laundry facilities (if available)
I am a responsible tenant, committed to maintaining a clean and orderly living space. Timely rent payments and respectful interaction with neighbors are of utmost importance to me.
