1-Zimmer-Wohnung gesucht

Hi,

I am a currently starting my PhD at Max Planck Institute and I am looking for a 1-room apartment in Leipzig. I am searching something for at least one year. The apartment should be close to the city centre, in particular Plagwitz, Südvorstadt or Connewitz would be great areas where I would like to live. The apartment should be fully furnished and the maximum rent I will take into consideration is 550 Euro (energy included).

I have already many experience in living abroad and in Germany in particular. I studied for short terms both in Aachen and Tübingen. I also already know a little Leipzig since I arrived here for starting my studies in April. I am kind, neat and serious, always respectful of deadlines. I can provide references, whenever needed.

For what concerns the starting of the contract, I am willing to move in either in July or August according to the availability of the apartment, but preferably in August.
