22 cm² Wohnung direkt auf der Dresdner Straße im Leipziger Osten. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und ist Richtung Hinterhof sehr ruhig. Es gibt eine separate Küche und ein Bad. Die Wohnung ist nur für ein par Tage zu vermieten und nicht für Monate.
Es gibt auch WLAN. Die Haltestelle für die Straßenbahn ist fast vor dem Haus 2 min fussweg. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man braucht nur 10 min mit der Bahn in die Stadt. Ein Kaufland ist auch auf der selben Straße 3 min entfernt. Viele kleinere Parkanlagen gibt's um die ecke.
Die 50 Euro bezieht sich auf eine Person pro Nacht. Also bei mehreren Personen machen wir dann privat etwas aus
