400€ Miete sind all inclusive (Nebenkosten, WLAN, etc.) + einmalig 250€ Kaution (die du natürlich zurückbekommst, wenn alles heile bleibt :) )
Wenn du für diesen Zeitraum eine geräumige und ruhige Bleibe suchst, ist meine Wohnung genau das richtige für dich.
Besonderheiten: bitte keine Tiere mitbringen (bin Allergikerin), rauchen in der gesamten Wohnung nicht erlaubt.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten erreichbar (Netto, Post, Apotheke, Kaufland).
Bars und Hausprojekte sind auf der angrenzenden Wurzenerstr. oder nahegelegenen Eisi zu finden :).
