I am sub-letting my apartment in City of London/ Shoreditch (closest underground stations are Moorgate, Old Street and Liverpool Street).
It is a single studio including an own kitchen and bathroom at the student accommodation “Chapter Old Street” and available from July 2020. There is the option to only rent for 2 months (July/ August) as well as to extent the contract with the landlord directly for an additional year.
The apartment is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, working area, kitchen, etc.) and I could also leave some of my things such as bedding, tableware, coffee machine, etc. upon negotiation.
Besides, Chapter offers many amenities from which you can benefit such as an on-site gym, free WIFI, TV room, rooftop terrace, study space, and a courtyard.
The rent is 1,350 £/month including all bills.
