The flat is a warehouse conversion / wharf building - formerly used for storing merchandise and goods that were shipped to London, like tea, coffee etc. So it comes with quite some history!
Even though it is an old building, it has all the standard amenities and is fully furnished to good / high standard.
The flat is located directly at the Thames riverside, only a short walk from the Tower Bridge. Next tube stations are Bermondsey (Jubilee Line) and London Bridge (Jubilee Line, Northern line, rail,...).
It's in a safe and very quiet neighborhood called Shad Thames, with nice restaurants nearby and some good spots to shoot souvenir pictures from London Bridge, houseboats at the riverside and Canary Wharf in the background.
I very much enjoy living here and hope that somebody else will have a good time here while I am away for a couple of days.
The flat comes with a communal swimming pool which give living here some luxury touch.
The fees indicated equal the cost I bear, so I do not have any financial interest here. Living in London IS expensive but that's what you probably already know. ;)
(Security deposit / "Kaution" comes on top, depending on how long you stay.)
