Opening in September 2014, you will be among the first to live at this brand new, HIGH SPEC student accommodation in ZONE 1. It’s just MINUTES FROM THE TUBE, just off the banks of the River Thames, and with easy access to a huge variety of London Universities including Kings College, Imperial, University of the Arts and Southbank. And with loads of development going on in Vauxhall at the moment, it’s definitely the place to be seen. There is also a Gym and a Pool. Plus, there’s a FANTASTIC SOCIAL SPACE (with a twist!), with chill out areas, games and flat screen TVs, making it a buzzing place to meet up with friends. We’ve also got a great Music Room to practice in, which is Soundproofed!

Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Bus direkt um die Ecke und Ubahn nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. 4 Stationen bis Oxford Circus ohne umsteigen. Direkte Busverbindungen nach Picadilly Circus, Oxford Circus, Baker Street, Marble Arch, Waterloo, Liverpool Street. Direkt an der Themse und in Gehdistanz zu London Eye, Houses of Parliament, etc.
Küche und Badezimmer sind eingerichtet von mir. Teller, Besteck, Pfannen, Kochutensilien, Gläser, Toaster, Mikrowelle. Die gegenstände können, wenn gewünscht für einen kleinen Preis abgenommen werden.
Da ich die erste Mieterin der Wohnung bin, ist das Studio neu und einwandfrei. Das Studentenheim verfügt über ein sehr gutes Sicherheitssystem und die Reception ist 24h besetzt. Einlass ins Gebäude erfolgt nur mit der Schlüsselkarte. Gäste sind willkommen und da es sich um ein Studio handelt auch unbeschränkt.
Im Eingangsbereich gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Billard, Sitzecke, Fernsehen, Computerzimmer. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich auch noch eine Poolanlage und ein Fitnessbereich mit verschiedenen Geräten. Auch die Wäschemöglichkeiten befinden sich dort.
