I will leave the Canvas Wardrobe for you to use, several kitchen Utensils a Mattress and a Carpet but other than that the apartment is not furnished.

I was working at BASF and this Apartment is perfect for BASF workers because it is just 10 minutes walk from Tor 7.

The Water, Gas and Electricity contract was with TWL that you will also have to do yourself because I will cancel mine when I will move out. This cost a fixed amount of 115 Euros depending on use you will get money back at the year-end or pay more.
