1 room apartment fully equipped

Hi,

I have an apartment to offer to everyone, also exchange students, from 8 July to 31 August 2009.
It is one big (18 m2) living room, small kitchen and bathroom with shower. It is equipped with furniture, washing mashine, dish washer, oven, cooking equipment, microwave, stereo, basically all you need.

To google-map it: it is Wittelsbachstrasse in Ludwigshafen
The distance to the university of Mannheim: 10 -15 min by bike, 8 min by streetcar. Streetcar and bus stations are a 1 min walk. Berliner Platz/ City center with stores nearby, also food stores, Edeka around the corner. The nice park at the river is 7 min away by bike. Good for jogging, inlineskating.

Cost per month: about 252 Euros which include: water, rent, compulsory house equipment insurance.
Plus: electricity (30-40 Euros/month, depending on the amount of kWh used) + DSL internet flat rate 30 Euros/month (incl land line, Telefonanschluss).

Additionally, you need to have a German liability insurance for 3,50 Euros per month, you can easily have a short term contract with the company I have if you have none. There is NO commission to be paid, but I will need a deposit (around 570 Euros due to the kitchen equipment). No smoking in the flat allowed.
