Die Wohnung ist im 2.OG (mit Aufzug), Gesamtfläche 32 qm., Ein grosses helles Zimmer mit Kochnische, ein schönes kleines Bad mit Badewanne, ein Flur und großer Balkon mit Innenhofausblick. Kellerraum und Stellplatz(gegen Aufpreis) in der Tiefgarage.
Sehr gute Zentrallage:
- 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt
- 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof
- 15 Minuten zum Rathaus
- 2 Minuten zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle
- Supermärkte und Geschäfte (Netto, Edeka, DM, Teddy), Apotheken, Bäcker etc. in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen
- Der Parkinsel ist auch in Fußweite :)
