Es handelt sich um eine möblierte 1.5 Zimmer-Wohnung + Küche + Bad zur Zwischenmiete.
Die Wohnung ist im tadellosen Zustand in bester Lage auf der Altstadtinsel.
WLAN und TELEFON, sowie alle weiteren Nebenkosten, auch Strom, sind im Mietpreis, der sich auf 350€ beläuft, mit inbegriffen.
Um sicher gehen zu können, dass ihr mir meine Möbel ganz lasst, wär für mich ne geringe Kaution in Höhe von 100€ angemessen.
Ich kann euch sagen, dass ich diese Wohnung nicht verlassen würde, wenn mir nicht mein Auslandsstudium bevorstünde.
