Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter*in für meine schöne Einzimmerwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt 5 min vom Bahnhof entfernt und 5 min zur Innenstadt. Die Ilmenau ist direkt vor der Haustür sowie zwei wunderschöne Cafés und Biergarten. Du kannst gegenüber Kanus und Tretboote ausleihen. Zur Uni kannst du super mit dem Rad oder Bus kommen (ca. 15 min).
Die Wohnug ist grundsätzlich teilmöbliert. Eine Küche, Bad, Schreibtisch und Bett mit Matratze sind vorhanden. Waschmöglichkeit ist im Keller vorhanden. Es können alternativ noch weitere Möbel übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung kann in Person oder Online besichtigt werden :)

I am looking for someone to take over my beautiful apartment in Lüneburg. The apartment is 5 min away from the train station and 5 min away from the old town/inner city. The Immenau (river) is right in front of the house as well as two beautiful coffee shops and one Biergarten at the water. The Uni is around 15 min away by bike or Bus.
The apartment is partly furnished and includes: citchen, bathroom, a desk and a bed with mattress. Washing and drying is available. Alternatively some other furniture can be taken over by the new tenant.
I can show the apartment in person or online :)
