Moderne, sehr zentrale Einzimmerwohnung für ein Jahr zur Untermiete // Modern, very central one-room flat for subletting for one year

Hallo, ich bin Justin und studiere Global Environmental and Sustainability Sciences an der Leuphana im 4. Semester :) Ab WiSe 24/25 habe ich mein Auslandsjahr in Schweden und möchte gerne meine kleine Einzimmerwohnung in dieser Zeit untervermieten.

Die Wohnung ist modern (2018), hat einen Herd und Backofen(!), Kühlschrank mit kleinem Eisfach. Ich vermiete die Wohnung möbeliert. Somit ist ein Bett, Schreibtisch, kleiner Küchentisch mit Stühlen, Schrank und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Küche ist somit auch voll ausgestattet (Geschirr, Kochutensilien etc.). Das Bad hat eine Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Es gibt zwei Heizkörper im Raum und einen im Bad.

Zusätzliche Kosten sind noch Strom (ca. 50€ Abschlag) und Internet (ca. 30€).

Der Einzug wird ca. Mitte August möglich sein, das können wir dann nochmal genau besprechen :)

Hi, I'm Justin and I'm studying Global Environmental and Sustainability Sciences at Leuphana in my 4th semester :) From winter term 24/25 I will be spending my year abroad in Sweden and would like to sublet my small one-room flat during this time.

The flat is modern (2018), has a cooker and oven(!), fridge with a small freezer compartment. I rent the flat fully furnished. This means that there is a bed, desk, small kitchen table with chairs, wardrobe and washing machine. The kitchen is also fully equipped (crockery, cooking utensils etc.). The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. There are two radiators in the room and one in the bathroom.

Additional costs are electricity (approx. 50€) and internet (approx. 30€).

It will be possible to move in around mid-August, we can discuss this again in detail :)
