Möbliertes Appartement zur Zwischenmiete abzugeben von Anfang März bis Ende April.
In der Miete ist bereits alles enthalten (Internet, Wasser und Strom)
Nettes kleines Zimmer mit minimalistischer Einrichtung. Von Kochfeld bis Kühlschrank ist alles da, im Keller sind gepflegte Waschmaschinen und Trockner (je 10 Stück) für die Gemeinschaft. Gebäude und Umgebung sehr sauber und angenehm ruhig.
Die Ilmenau ist direkt vor der Tür für Spaziergänge, das Stadtzentrum ist 5 min fußläufig erreicht genau wie der Bahnhof. Zum Hauptcampus der Leuphana braucht man mit dem Rad circa 20 ruhige Minuten.
Aldi, Lidl und ein Bäcker sind ebenfalls circa 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Parkplatz lässt sich ggf gegen Aufpreis organisieren, wäre mit der Vermietung kurzfristig abzusprechen.
Zusätzliche Möbel oder Anschaffungen können wir gern absprechen mit der Option, dass ich mich beteilige oder sie später auch abnehmen würde bei Bedarf. Im Keller kann das Rad sicher verschlossen werden.
Kaution beträgt noch einmal 750€ (nicht ganz 1,5 Kaltmieten), eine Haftpflichtversicherung wäre ebenfalls gewünscht.
