Leider bin ich mit meinem Bachelor fertig und ziehe aus Lüneburg weg, deshalb suche ich eine*n Nachmieter*in für meine Wohnung!
Das Studi-Apartment liegt direkt am Campus und ist (finde ich) super geschnitten - auch Kühlschrank und Küchenzeile sind inbegriffen - Waschmaschinen auch, die sind aber im Keller und werden mit anderen Menschen geteilt. Durch das Fenster guckt man (im Sommer) auf den grünen Wald vor der Ilmenau.
Achja: in der Miete sind nicht nur die Nebenkosten gedeckt, sondern auch Internet!
Das Apartment liegt 2 minuten zu fuß von der Bushaltestelle Munstermannskamp, man kann also schnell in die Stadt fahren, und etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Campus, wo man super beim Penny einkaufen gehen kann!
Es liegt auf einem Studi-Wohnheim Gelände, also sind auch andere Studierende und einfacher sozialer Kontakt (wenn man möchte) nicht weit! :)
