Ich suche eine/n Nachmeiter/in für mein Gemütliches 1-Zimmer (Studio) Apartment ab dem 1. Oktober (auch September-Ende möglich). Die Wohnung ist möbliert, hell und in einer top Lage.

Das Apartment ist ausgestattet mit einer Küche, sowie mit einem Bad mit Dusche.
Zur Möblierung enthalten sind: Bett mit Lattenrost (ohne Matratze), ein Schreibtisch, Stuhl, ein großer Kleiderschrank, zwei Fenstervorhänge sowie ein Kabel-TV- und Internetanschluss-Steckplatz.
Die Küche ist mit Elektroherd, Kühlschrank, Spüle und Hängeschrank ausgestattet.
Für Waschmöglichkeiten steht im Keller ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern zur Verfügung. Fahrradkeller und Abstellräume können in Absprache mit dem Vermieter gegen eine monatliche Gebühr genutzt werden.
Es gibt auch großer Parkbereich, welcher direkt kostenlos vor dem Gebäude zu finden ist.

Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 320€, umfasst Kaltmiete von 190€ und Nebenkosten von 130€. In den Nebenkosten enthalten sind: Stromkosten, Heizung, Wasser, Kabel-TV, und alle sonstigen Nebenkosten außer monatlichen Internetgebühren.
Eine Mietkaution in Höhe von 540€ ist an den Vermieter für die Dauer des Mietverhältnisse zu entrichten, die Sie bei Auszug zurückerhalten.

I'm looking for a person to take over my lovely 1-room studio apartment from 1st October (Sept-end is also possible). The apartment is furnished, bright and in a great location.

The apartment is 16 m², furnished, and has a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower.
The furniture include: bed with slatted frame (without mattress), a desk, chair, a large wardrobe, two window curtains and a cable TV and internet connection slot.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, fridge, sink and cabinets for storage.
For washing facilities, there is a laundry room with washers and dryers in the basement. Bicycle storage and basement storage rooms can be used in consultation with the landlord for a monthly fee.
There is also free parking space in front of the house.

The total rent is €320, including the cold rent of €190 and the additional costs of €130. The additional costs include: electricity costs, heating, water and all other additional costs except monthly internet fees.
A rental deposit of €540 is to be made to the landlord for the duration of the tenancy., which you will get back when you move out.
