Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Einbauküche mit vielen Schränken zur Aufbewahrung, einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Elektroherden.
Badezimmer:
Das Badezimmer ist sehr neu und verfügt über eine Dusche und einen großen integrierten Spiegel.
Waschraum und Fahrradkeller:
In der U-Bahn gibt es einen Platz zum Aufbewahren von Fahrrädern und gemeinsamen Waschmaschinen (sie funktionieren über eine App).

The room is located on the 4. Floor(highest floor).
Living area:
The one-room apartment is approx. 17 sqm and it has two big windows facing the inside of the building,so even though it’s on a main street,it’s really quiet.
The room includes a fitted kitchen,with many cabinets for storage,a fridge-freezer and electric stoves.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is very new and has a shower and a big integrated mirror.
Washing room and bike storage:
In the underground there is a place for storing bikes and shared washing machines(they work via an app).

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Alten Neustadt und ist 5 Gehminuten vom Hauptcampus der OVGU entfernt.
Direkt vor dem Gebäude befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle (AOK) mit den Straßenbahnlinien 1,9 und 10.
Sie sind sehr praktisch, um sich in Magdeburg zu bewegen.
5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen Sie auch den längerstreckenbahnhof Neustadt.
Supermärkte sind nur wenige Minuten mit der Straßenbahn entfernt.

The apartment is located in Alte Neustadt and it’s 5 minutes walking from the main campus of OVGU.
There is a tram stop(AOK) right in front of the building,with tram lines number 1,9 and 10.
They are very convenient for moving around Magdeburg.
5 minutes walking you can also reach the longer distance train station Neustadt.
Supermarkets are a few minutes away by tram.
