Helle Uni-nahe Wohnung mit Einbauküche

Da ich ab 1. April in eine WG ziehen möchte, biete ich hier meine tolle Wohnung an und suche jemanden, der spätestens zum 15. April einziehen/ die Miete übernehmen würde.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem hervorragendem Zustand, da sie erst vor ca 3 Jahren komplett saniert wurde. Zudem ist sie trotz der zentralen Lage direkt am breiten Weg sehr ruhig.

Die Wohnung besitzt ein relativ geräumiges Schlaf/Wohnzimmer mit großen Fenstern zur Südseite, einen großen Flur mit selbstgebautem Einbaukleiderschrank, ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne und eine gut erhaltene Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Spüle und Kühlschrank.

Für den Kleiderschrank und die komplette Einbauküche + Küchentisch hätte ich gern ca. 200 Euro als Entschädigung. Zu dem wäre noch eine Couch abzugeben.

Eine Kaution muss nicht gezahlt werden, dafür müssen Genossenschaftsanteile im Wert von 160 Euro bei der MWG erworben werden, die man 2 Jahre nach Auszug zurück erhält.

Mit sonstigen Kosten ist der Betrag für Strom und Gas gemeint. Internet ist nicht in den Kosten enthalten und würde ca. 20 Euro extra kosten.

Hi guys,
this flat is a really nice option for students to live super close to Otto-von-Guericke- University.
But please consider these aspects before you write a message:

It is available from the 1st of April, latest date for move in would be the 15th of April.
It is also only for longterm rent available and it is not fully furnished. But it already has a functional kitchen with oven, stove and fridge, kitchen table, a wardrobe and maybe a couch, which can be bought for a fee of around 200 Euro.

Electricity and gas is included in 'sonstige Kosten'.
The costs for internet would be around 20 Euro extra.

These are the conditions for Internationals if they want to rent the flat:

- blocked account + regular income
- Schufa (solicitar ahora) - Credit Report
- buy 160 Euro cooperative shares from MWG (they will be paid back 2 years after you have moved out)
- at least some german language skills
