The apartment is 45.23 square meters and has a separate bathroom as well as separate kitchen. It comes with a big beautiful balcony overlooking the city and is right next to the universitiplatz area. As the apartment overlooks the Breiter Weg shopping street, you'll find a beautiful scenic option for you daily with lots of natural light. It is located on the 6th floor with stairs as well as elevators for access.
I installed a brand new kitchen in October last year (2019) which I am leaving in the apartment for take over as well. The kitchen is beautful with ceramic stove top, oven, cupboards,sink and dishwasher. The price is negotiable as I am on a tight deadline for departure. I am throwing the bed in for free as I will not need it. It’s less than a year old. I can also leave the ceiling lights if needed.
You will have to set up electricty, thats the only additional expense along with internet. I have been using SWM with no problems and great service. For internet I used vodafone gigacube and it worked well but there are other options out there. I’m happy to leave the my router if you want and you can just take over the account.

Located conveniently in the center so many trams and buses can be used for transport - Trams 9,1,2,10 are just a few that you can catch right downstairs the apartment., less than a minute away. You can also reach most places on foot if you are a walker. The apartment is close to the Alle center, library, trams and buses, restaurants, the university, local parks, the theatre, Edeka is just a skip walk away and Kaufland and NP are also close by. It's a prime location.
