1-Raum Wohnung in der Nähe von der Universität

Ich verlasse Magdeburg, um mein Praktikum zu machen, deshalb ist meine Wohnung für 4 Monaten verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist studentenfreundlich, da sie wirklich in der Nähe der Universität, der Bibliothek, der Bushaltestelle und des Supermarktes liegt. Mit nur 350 Euro im Monat kann man in einer anderen Stadt definitiv nicht privat wohnen! Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Bad und Küche) und alle Kosten sind im Preis inbegriffen. Ich benötige Ihre Immatrikulationsbescheinigung, auch die Forscher sind willkommen!

I'm leaving Magdeburg for my internship, so my apartment is available for 4 months. The apartment is student-friendly as it is really close to the university, library, bus stop and supermarket. With only 350 euros a month, you definitely can't live privately in another city! The room is furnished (bed, table, chair, bathroom and kitchen) and all costs are included in the price. I will need your certification of enrollment, also the researchers are welcomed!
