kleine, aber feine Wohnung

Da ich umziehe, möchte ich meine Wohnung weitergeben. Es handelt sich um eine kleine, aber feine Wohnung mit einer kleinen Küche und einem Zimmer mit Balkon von ca. 14 qm. (In der Küche ist bereits ein Kühlschrank eingebaut.) Ein geräumiges Bad mit Dusche ist vorhanden.

Das Zimmer ist nach Osten ausgerichtet, sodass morgens die Sonne einfällt und die Wohnung erwärmt, was in den kühleren Monaten sehr von Vorteil ist. Generell muss man nicht viel heizen, die Wohnung ist an sich sehr warm.

Im Zimmer steht ein ausziehbares Ikea-Bett, das sich schnell zu einem Doppelbett umbauen lässt. Dieses Bett, inklusive Matratze, würde ich gerne an die Nachmieterin bzw. den Nachmieter weiterverkaufen. Gegen einen kleinen Obolus würde ich auch gerne den schwarzen Tisch abgeben. Außerdem würde ich den Teppich, den weißen Ikea-Schrank, das rote Sofa, die Regale in der Küche und einen Barhocker verkaufen. Ich überlege auch, einige Küchenutensilien wie Teller und eine Pfanne hier zu lassen.
Das alles können wir gerne dann besprechen.
Die Wohnung ist im Frühling und Sommer besonders schön, da man auf dem Balkon frühstücken und sich entspannen kann. Es gibt einen Klapptisch von Ikea, den ich ebenfalls verkaufen würde, sowie alte Klappstühle, die ich gerne verschenken würde.

Die Waschmaschinen und Trockner befinden sich oben auf dem Dachboden. Dort hat jede Wohnung auch einen Raum von etwa 3 mal 2 Metern, in dem du deine Sachen unterbringen und deine Wäsche trocknen kannst.

Die Kaltmiete beträgt derzeit 200 Euro. Die Nebenkosten belaufen sich auf 80 Euro. Die SWM-Kosten waren etwa 40 Euro, aber ich habe immer etwas zurückbekommen. Also insgesamt liegst du bei rund 360 Euro inklusive GEZ und Internet. Im Haus gibt es einen Vodafone-Anschluss, über den du für 20 Euro im Monat ohne Vertrag Internet bestellen kannst. Somit wärst du sofort mit Internet ausgestattet!

Since I'm moving, I would like to pass on my apartment. It is a small but nice apartment with a small kitchen and a room with a balcony of approx. 14 square meters. (There is already a refrigerator built into the kitchen.) There is a spacious bathroom with a shower.

The room faces east, so the sun comes in in the morning and warms the apartment, which is very beneficial in the cooler months. In general you don't have to heat much, the apartment itself is very warm.

There is a pull-out Ikea bed in the room that can quickly be converted into a double bed. I would like to sell this bed, including the mattress, to the next tenant. I would also like to give away the black table for a small donation. I would also sell the carpet, the white Ikea cabinet, the red sofa, the shelves in the kitchen and a bar stool. I'm also considering leaving some kitchen utensils here like plates and a pan.
We can then discuss all of this.
The apartment is particularly nice in spring and summer because you can have breakfast and relax on the balcony. There is a folding table from Ikea that I would also like to sell, as well as old folding chairs that I would like to give away.

The washers and dryers are upstairs in the attic. Each apartment there also has a room measuring around 3 by 2 meters in which you can store your things and dry your laundry.

The basic rent is currently 200 euros. The additional costs amount to 80 euros. The SWM cost was around 40 euros, but I always got something back. So in total you'll be around 360 euros including GEZ and internet. There is a Vodafone connection in the house through which you can order internet without a contract for 20 euros a month. So you would be equipped with internet straight away!
