Ab dem 1.1.2019 wird diese schöne Altbauwohnung in der Rochusstraße 6, 55116 Mainz frei!
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock des Hauses.
Ich inseriere dieses Angebot im Auftrag von meiner Vermieterin.
Das Bett und die sehr neue, gepflegte und immer mit Matratzenschoner benutzte Matratze sollen bitte von dem neuen Nachmieter mit übernommen werden.
Ebenso der sehr leise Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Waschmaschine und super cooles Sofa (welche auch zum schlafen für Gäste benutzt werden kann).
Ein Abschlag von 550€ wird hierfür einmalig fällig.
Die Wohnungsmiete beträgt kalt 445€.
Nebenkosten wie Strom und Heizkosten liegen bei circa 70€ im Monat (je nach Anbieter).
Aktuell gibt es einen Telekom Internet Vertrag. Der Vertrag KANN umgeschrieben werden. Vertrag liegt bei 35€ monatlich und die Verbindung ist super schnell! Wenn nicht erwünscht kündige ich diesen.

Bed and mattress (mattress is pretty new, very good condition and always used with a mattress cover): 150€

oven and stove: 50€
Wash machine: 150€
Sofa: 100€
Total cost once to pay : 550€
The rent of the flat is 445€

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Nachbarn im Haus sind super freundlich.
Das Fenster im oberen Schlafbereich ist gen Innenhof ausgerichtet und daher sehr ruhig.
Die Gegend ist eher ruhig. der Mainzer Wochenmarkt ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.
Der Bahnhof S-Römisches Theater ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Viele Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermärkte und Cafés in der umgehenden Nachbarschaft.
Der Rhein ist 7 Gehminuten entfernt.
