Ein Bett inkl. zweiter Matratze, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Bücherregal, etc. (siehe Fotos) gehören ebenfalls zur Wohnungsausstattung. Im Haus befindet sich eine Waschküche mit Münzwaschmaschinen und -trocknern, diese stehen Ihnen zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.

A bed incl. second mattress, wardrobe, desk, bookshelf, etc. (see photos) are also part of the apartment furnishings. Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rande des belebten Karmeliterplatzes in der Mainzer Altstadt. Im direkten Umfeld gibt es eine Vielzahl an gastronomischen Einrichtungen sowie diverse Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Auch die Nahversorgung mit Apotheken, Ärzten, Shoppingangeboten, Bäckereien, Supermärkten und kleinen Lebensmittelläden ist sehr gut. REWE, LIDL, Netto, Alnatura und denn's Biomarkt liegen alle innerhalb von 400m um die Wohnung. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist auch optimal. Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es weniger als 100m. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 500m entfernt. Und die nächsten Bahnhöfe (Mainz Hbf und Mainz Kastel) sind beide ca. 1km entfernt. Bis zur nächsten Autobahnauffahrt sind es ungefähr 3km. Einzig die Parksituation mit dem Auto gestaltet sich schwierig innerhalb der Altstadt.

The flat is located on the edge of the lively Karmeliterplatz in Mainz's old town. In the immediate vicinity there are a variety of gastronomic establishments as well as various leisure facilities. The local supply with pharmacies, doctors, shopping facilities, bakeries, supermarkets and small grocery shops is also very good. REWE, LIDL, Netto, Alnatura and denn's Biomarkt are all within 400m of the flat. The transport connections are also optimal. The nearest bus stop is less than 100m away. The nearest tram stop is about 500m away. And the nearest train stations (Mainz Hbf and Mainz Kastel) are both about 1km away. The nearest motorway access is about 3km. Only the parking situation by car is difficult within the old town.
