Die Wohnung ist sehr bequem und ruhig, mit schönem Ausblick auf die Felder und die Opel Arena. Das Studentenwohnheim ist ein relativ neues Gebäude. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, in Preis sind Nebenkosten und WiFi inbegriffen. Waschmaschinen und Trockner befinden sich im Keller (Die Waschkosten sind nicht im Mietpreis inbegriffen und müssen pro Waschgang gezahlt werden).

The apartment is very nice and quiet. Beautiful view of the fields and the Opel arena.
The students house is a relatively new building.
The apartment is furnished, all costs and WiFi are included in the price.
Washing machines and dryers are in the cellar (payment is needed and not included in the monthly rent).
Direkt neben dem Gebäude ist die Haltestelle "Bretzenheim Plaza", von der aus man in 3 min an der Uni und in 8 min am Hbf sein kann. Zu Fuß dauert es ca. 10-15 min zur Uni. Supermärkte am Hauptbahnhof oder am Gutenbergcenter sind ebenfalls leicht mit Bus oder Straßenbahn erreichbar ( ca. 15 min). Eine Studentenbar, die zwei mal die Woche geöffnet hat, befindet sich direkt im Nachbargebäude.

Directly under the building is the stop ''Bretzenheim Plaza'' from there you are in 3 min at the uni and in 8 min at the Hbf.
For the supermarket you can go to the hbf or Gutenberg center (can. 15 min with tram and bus).
There's a students pub right next door in the next building, opening twice a week.
