Das Apartment ist vollmöbliert und umfasst zudem eine Pantryküche mit Herd, Spüle und Kühlschrank sowie eine Nasszelle mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Die Miete beträgt 320€ monatlich und enthält sämtliche Nebenkosten inklusive Internet. Außerdem steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer kann nur an in Mainz eingeschriebene Studenten abgegeben werden. Bei Bedarf ist außerdem eine Verlängerung der Mietdauer bis Ende März möglich.
Das Wohnheim hat eine tolle Lage und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Universität. Der Campus und die Unihaltestellen sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Innenstadt und dem Hauptbahnhof bestehen gut ausgebaute Straßen, Fußwege, Radwege und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. In der Nähe gibt es außerdem auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Rewe, Edeka und Aldi.

I am subleasing my one bedroom apartment in a dormitory near Mainz University from 1. September 2019.
The apartment is fully furnished and has a small kitchen with a stove, fridge and sink and an en-suite bathroom. The rent is 320€ and includes all extra charges and internet. There is also a parking spot which can be used.
The room can only be rented by students in Mainz. If wished, the period of lease could also be extended.
The dormitory is located in the direct neighborhood of the university. It can be reached by foot in 5 minutes. Also there are shopping possibilities in close proximity. The city centre and main station can be reached by foot or bus in 5-15 minutes.
