Da ich nach Frankfurt ziehen werde, habt ihr nun die Chance auf meine kleine, aber feine 1-Zimmerwohnung im Herzen von Mainz.
Wie ihr auf den Fotos seht, lässt sich die Wohnung sehr gut aufteilen - Sofaecke, Schlafbereich, Essecke - für alles ist Platz !
Einen Keller gibt es nicht, Waschmaschinenanschluss ist im Bad, Aufzug gibt es nicht.
Absoluter Vorteil ist die Lage, in einer Minute ist man schon am nächsten Cafe (es gibt vieeele :-) ) oder Supermarkt (Netto, Penny,LIDL, REWE - alles in unter fünf Minuten zu erreichen). Zum Höfchen kommt man auch in fünf Minuten und in ca 10 Min ist man am Bahnhof.
Habe ca 55 eur für Strom gezahlt und mir das Internet mit dem Nachbarn geteilt (15 eur) --müsst ihr natürlich nicht ;-) . Heizkosten sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten.
