1-Zimmer wohnung with Chance for further Rent

I will be out for two months. For sure I’ll miss my great room in Bretsenheim, but may be you will take care of it. So, that is sunny, comfortable and very clean 1-room apartment (25 s.m.) in 2-floor house located in nice, calm, green district. It is completely furnitured and ready to live in. There is a little kitchen and a shower. Washing machine is in the basement.

There are few bus lines passing just by the house: ## 6, 6a – 10 minutes to the University,
## 70, 71 – 10 minutes to Mainz center, #90 - night and early morning bus. It takes only 15 minutes to get Uniklinik using both roots. Just in few minutes – little park, football and tennis playgrounds. A lot of parking places.

Real, Lidl, Aldi, lots of other shops in 3 bus stops – Gutenberg center. Schleker – in front of the house. Two doctors just in neighbourhood, catholic and Lutheran churches.

Apartment is free from July 15 till September 15. Everything costs …I would say 600 euros for the whole period of 2 months (or 300 for 1 month), that is 210 Euros less then I will pay for it. We can discuss the dates and then the price if needed. If you like the place you can rent it since 1 of October!

Ich verlasse für zwei Monate. Für sicher, dass ich mein Zimmer in Bretsenheim vermissen, aber vielleicht werden Sie sich darum kümmern. So, das ist sonnig, komfortabel und sehr sauber 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (25 qm) in 2-stöckigen Haus im schönen, ruhigen, grünen Gegend gelegen. Es ist komplett möbliert und bereit zu leben, ist in. Es gibt eine kleine Küche und eine Dusche.

Es gibt nur wenige Buslinien Weitergabe nur durch das Haus: # # 6, 6a - 10 Minuten zur Universität, # # 70, 71 bis 10 Minuten zum Zentrum Mainz, # 90 - Nacht und am frühen Morgen Bus. Es dauert nur 15 Minuten zu bekommen Uniklinik mit beiden Wurzeln. Nur in wenigen Minuten - kleiner Park, Fußball und Tennisplätze. Eine Menge Parkplätze.

Real, Lidl, Aldi, viele andere Geschäfte in 3 Bushaltestellen - Gutenberg-Center. Schleker - vor dem Haus. Zwei Ärzte nur in der Nachbarschaft, katholischen und lutherischen Kirchen.

Die Wohnung ist vom 1. August bis zum 25. September frei. Alles kostet ... Ich würde sagen, 600 € für den gesamten Zeitraum (2 Monaten) oder 300 pro 1 Monat, dass ist 210 Euro weniger dann werde ich dafür bezahlen. Wir können die Termine zu besprechen und dann den Preis, wenn nötig. Wenn sie mag dieses Wohnung – es ist ganz frei ab 1te Oktober.
