suche Nachmieter für meine Appartmentwohnung in Mainz-Oberstadt zum 01.04.14 oder später. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert, also Regal für Bücher, Tv etc vorhanden, sowie ausziehbare Schlafcouch. Das Wohnheim ist zentral gelegen, jedoch ruhig. Für "Neuankömmlinge" also perfekt um sich zurechtzufinden. Mit den ÖV's sind es 10 min in die Innenstadt sowie 15 min zum Bahnhof und 25 min(15 min je nach Verbindung)zur Uni Mainz. Bushaltestelle sowie ein Supermarkt(Netto) und eine Tankstelle befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür. Waschmöglichkeiten gibt es im Keller, sowie eine Rezeption die am Eingang für Post usw.
Auf den Fotos ist noch ein Teppichboden zu sehen, der nach meinem Einzug durch Laminat ersetzt wurde. Das Zimmer wurde im Oktober 2013 komplett renoviert durch die Hausverwaltung.
