Schönes und günstiges 1Zimmer-Appartment in sehr guter Lage, vollmöbliert

Hallo zusammen,

da ich aus beruflichen Gründen umziehen muss, wird meine schöne 1Zimmer-Wohnung in Mainz-Münchfeld ab 01.02 frei. Die Wohnung ist 27qm groß und verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit WC, eine Pantryküche mit zwei Herdplatten und einem Kühlschrank sowie über ein Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und mit einem Einbauregal, einem Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel, einem Wandregal, einem Schreibtisch mit drei Stühlen und einem Esstisch ausgestattet. Die einzigen Möbelstücke welche ich selbst gekauft und in die Wohnung eingebracht habe sind ein Bett mit Lattenrost und eine Matratze, die ich gerne gegen eine Abschlagszahlung (€100) dem Nachmieter überlassen würde. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Tiefgaragenplatz und ein Kellerraum(abteil). Es gibt auch einen Waschraum und einen Fahrradabstellraum im Haus.

as I am moving out from my single appartment in Mainz-Münchfeld, I am looking for a next tenant to rent it. The appartment will be available for rent from the 1st of February. It has a size of 27qm and consists of a living room, a kitchen as well as a bathroom. The apparment is fully furnished. The only thing from the furniture that I have bought is a bed with a matress, which I would like to sell for €100. There is also a parking lot assigned to the appartment as well as a storage room slot. There is a washing room as well as bicycle room in the house.
