Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für mein 1 Zimmer-Apartment im Wohnheim Kisselberg für den März, also vom 1.3. (nach Absprache auch 1,2,3 Tage früher) bis zum 31.3.!
Die Warmmiete beträgt 350€ incl. Internet und es werden dir 15m² Wohnraum mit Kochnische und eigenem Bad geboten. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Kleiderschrank, einen Tisch mit Stuhl und ein Bett.

Die Lage ist super, wenn du zur Hochschule oder zum Campus musst, da bist du nämlich in 5-15min, je nach Zielort auf dem Campus. In der Stadt bist du aber auch schnell, in 8min geht´s zum Hauptbahnhof, in die Innenstadt in 14min. Busse fahren von der Haltestelle Kisselberg (5min entfernt) am Tage alle 10-15min.
Meldet euch zahlreich, wenn es euch für 4 Wochen her verschlägt!

I'm looking for someone to rent my 1 room apartment in the dormitory Kisselberg from 1.3. (or maybe 1,2,3 days earlier) to 31.3.!
The rent is 350€ warm, Internet also included, for 15m² incl. a little kitchen and an own bathroom. Furthermore, there are a warderobe, a table with a chair and a bed.

You can reach the Hochschule or the University in 5-15min (depending on the exact location) and take busses which go from the stop Kisselberg (5min away) to go to the main station in 8min or the city in 14min.
