Hallo! Ich ziehe Mitte März (15.3. +/- ein paar Tage)in eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Wallaustraße 75. Mit im "Wohnungspackage" ist auch ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz (Hebebühne) den ich nicht benötige da ich ich kein Auto besitze. Vielleicht ist ja bei jmnd das Umgekehrte der Fall (schöne Stadtwohnung ohne den gewünschten Stellplatz)oder es gibt ein Zweitauto, oder,oder....Hier stünde das Auto sicher und trocken! Ich biete den Stellplatz zu dem Preis an den ich selbst zahlen muss, mache also kein Geschäft.
