Die Wohnung hat ca. 29qm mit eigenem Bad (WC, Dusche) und einer kleinen Küche. In der Küche gibt es zwei Edelstahl-Herdplatten, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach sowie jede Menge Stauraum durch Einbauschränke und Regale. Im Wohnraum befinden sich ein Bett (150x200cm), ein Sofa und eine Kommode. Außerdem steht noch ein Schreibtisch und ein Wandschrank mit Ablegefläche für Ordner und weiteren Papierkram zur Verfügung.
Die Lage ist wirklich super. Man ist in 2Min am HBF und erreicht die UNI nach 5Min. Zum Schillerplatz und zum Rhein sind es nur 7Min.
Außerdem liegen in max 5Min. zur Fuß erreichbar:
ein Netto,REWE, Aldi, Mehrere Bäcker und eine Apotheke
Das Haus ist sauber und die Nachbarn sind auch superlieb. Kein Lärm und keine Belästigungen.
Selbstverständlich suche ich eine zuverlässige Person, die auf meine Wohnung aufpasst und sie sauber und ordentlich hinterlässt.
