Die Wohnung ist ein 1-Zimmer-Apartment im Studierendenwohnheim Mainz-Oberstadt. Sie befindet sich im ersten Stockwerk mit Blick in den ruhigen Innenhof. Das Apartment hat eine Größe von 24qm und verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine Kitchenette.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert mit:
- einem großen Kleiderschrank
- einem Regal
- einem Schreibtisch
- einem kleineren Tisch
- einem Bett mit Matratze
- einem Nachttisch
- zwei Stühle
Im Keller befindet sich ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern. Bei Bedarf kann ich gerne auch ein paar Geräte (zB einen Staubsauger) zur Verfügung stellen.

The apartment is a 1-room apartment in the student dormitory Mainz-Oberstadt. It is located on the second floor with a view of the quiet courtyard. The apartment has a size of 24sqm and has a private bathroom and a kitchenette.
The apartment is fully furnished with:
- a large closet
- a shelf
- a desk
- a smaller table
- a bed with a mattress
- a bedside table
- two chairs
In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. If necessary, I can also provide a few appliances (eg a vacuum cleaner).
Das Studierendenwohnheim liegt direkt an der Berliner Straße in Mainz.
Die nächste Tram-Haltestelle befindet sich fußläufig in 1-2 Minuten. Von dort aus fahren verschiedene Tramlinien in die Innenstadt und zur Universität.
In etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg befindet sich ein REWE-Supermarkt, sowie in verschiedene kleinere Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wohnheim (Bäckerei, Imbiss, Apotheke).

The student residence is located directly on Berliner Straße in Mainz.
The nearest streetcar stop is within 1-2 minutes walking distance. From there, various streetcar lines run to the city center and the university.
In about 10 minutes walking distance there is a REWE supermarket, as well as various smaller stores in the immediate vicinity of the dormitory (bakery, snack bar, pharmacy).
Die Wohnung steht zwischen dem 01.07. und dem 31.08.21 (wobei diese Daten flexibel sind) zur Verfügung, da ich für diese Zeit verreisen werde.
Ich werde allerdings Ende September ohnehin umziehen, sodass bei Interesse eine längere Anmietung, sowie eine Übernahme des Vertrages mit dem Wohnheim ab dem 01. Oktober möglich ist. In diesem Fall müssten wir uns ggf. zeitnah absprechen um eine entsprechende Vormerkung beim Studierendenwerk vorzunehmen und die Übernahme der Kaution zu vereinbaren.

The apartment is available between 01/07 and 31/08/21 (though these dates are flexible), as I will be traveling for this time.
However, I will move at the end of September anyway, so if interested, a longer rental, as well as a takeover of the contract with the dormitory from 01 October is possible. In this case, we might have to talk to each other in order to make a reservation at the Studierendenwerk and to agree on the takeover of the deposit.
