Mein 1-Zimmer-Appartement in der Wohnanlage Weisenau ist ab den 15. Januar 2011 frei! Das Appartement ist komplett mit Möbeln ausgestattet (inkl. Bett), mit Internet Anschluss, Waschmaschinen und Trocknern im Keller, gute Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder (Keller und Hof) sowei einem Anwohnerparkplatz. Lidl und Real sind in 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Bus 64 und 65 (Haltestelle direkt vor dem Wohnheim) kann man die Uni und Innenstadt gut erreichen. Sehr angenehme Studentenstimmung (Bar offen am Mittwoch im Wohnheim usw.)

Hey there,
i am offering a single Appartment (approx. 25m2) for rent. It is fully furnished (bed. desk, fridge, chairs,...). Internet is also already available.
There busses (directly in front of the house), so there is a well connection to the city. As there are living a lot of international students, the atmosphere is great (there is a student bar, which is open every week as well :)
Washing machines and driers and parking lots for bicycles and cars are also available.
