Hey Leute, ich biete mein 18qm-Zimmer in Weisenau zur Zwischenmiete an. Das Zimmer ist schön gelegen und komplett möbeliert, sehr hell und ganz gemütlich eingerichtet. Es verfügt über eigene Küche und eigenes Bad. Alles was man braucht ist in der Wohnung schon vorhanden. Internet- und TV- Anschluss sind inklusive. Ein Waschraum ist auch vorhanden.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 299€. Die Kaution ist nur 150€. Keine Nebenkosten!
Einzug- und Auszugsdatum flexibel.

Hey, I'm looking for someone who would like to rent a room for the summer. The room is nicely located and fully furnished, very bright and very cozy. It has its own kitchen and private bathroom. Everything you need is already in the apartment. Internet and TV are included. Laundry room in the house opposite. There's also a parking lot.
The rent is 299€, the deposit only 150€ and there are no additional costs!

Die Verkehrsverbindungen zu Innenstadt, Hbf oder Uni sind auch sehr gut. Eine Haltestelle ist dirket vor der Tür und eine weitere ist nur 3 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Bahnhof "Römisches Theater" ist ganz schnell mit dem Bus zu erreichen, auf die Autobahn ist man in weniger als 10 Min in der Stadt.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind ausreichend: Real, Aldi, Lidl, Netto, dm, Bauhaus und SB-Möbel. Alles ist schnell fußläufig errichbar.
Das schöne Wetter lässt sich im Stadtpark und Volkspark, die auch in der Nähe sind, genießen. :)
Im Wohnheim wird regelmäßig was organisiert(Barabend und Kinoabend finden jede Woche statt)! :)
