My room is on 2F, and all the atmosphere is good to live.
I will leave my router for internet basic living stuffs for bed and cooking all for free since I am going back to my country. My room has one bed, two tables one for studying/working and other one for having meals or something, and one bookshelf, kitchen and bathroom for your own and one big closet! There is a parking lot and place to keep your bicycle!
Transportation
There is a bus stop for public transit you can walk by 3 minutes, and 8 minutes to the train station by bus, 24 minutes to city center by bus! river side is near by you can take bus or bicycle to get there!
Distance from the city:
It takes about 8min by bus to the train station and15min to the mainz city and 24 min to Mainz main train station all by bus!
Have 3 supermarkets near 10 min by walk and 3 stops by bus!
Valid period is from 24 July til August and you only need to pay for one month(to me) which is for August because my contract is end on August. The maximum for leasing period will only available for 3 months if you are not student in Mainz ,
want to notice that please keep the room and equipment/furnitures clean and be careful only for one month for lease period.
Additionally, from 24 to end of july will lease you for free which means i will not get the money for those rest of days on JULY, you only just have to pay for August,
