1 Zimmer Wohnung for Studenten

The single apartment is available from 02 September 2017. I have rented it for Sommer semester but since I found a place closer to my work, I'm looking for a student to rent it. When you rent it for September there is no need to pay the Kaution, just if you decided to take it for the semesters, then you will need to pay the 608€ Kaution to the studierendewerk. For one month, 304€ is all you pay. Then you can decide if you want to extend your stay or not. The room has a kitchenette and bathroom, a bed and mattress, a big closet, a desk and a table with two chairs. And for sure internet connection. And the bus stations are directly in front of the building. The shopping centers (cheap and expensive versions!) are within 10 minutes walking. das Einzimmerappartement ist ab dem 02. September 2017 verfügbar. Ursprünglich habe ich das Zimmer für das Sommersemester gemietet, da ich aber ein Zimmer näher an meiner Arbeit gefunden habe, suche ich einen Studenten/Studentin die das Zimmer übernehmen möchte. eine längere Vermietung im Anschluss an das
Sommersemester ist möglich. das Zimmer ist möbiliert mit einer Küchenfee, Bad, einem Bett inkl. Matratze, großem Schrank, Schreibtisch, und einem Tisch mit 2 Stühlen. WLAN ist vorhanden. Direkt vor dem Haus ist eine Busstation mit mehrere Linie. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (teuer, wie billig) sind 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Bei Interesse ist eine Besichtigung nachmittags/Abends möglich. Anfragen bitte per email.
