Hi!
Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Mainz-Bretzenheim. Die Wohnung hat ~24 qm und kostet mich aktuell 445€ warm. Strom, Internet und GEZ kommen dann noch an Kosten dazu.
Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und Platz um die Wäsche aufzuhängen.
Die Nachbarn sind alles Studenten und es gibt eine WhatsApp-Gruppe vom Haus, wo man nach Hilfe fragen kann.
Wenn es noch Fragen gibt, kann ich die gerne beantworten :)
Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah an der Uni (15 min zu Fuß, 5 min mit dem Fahrrad). Supermärkte sind auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und es gibt mehrere Anbindung in die Innenstadt, die kürzeste ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Küche (inklusive Kühlschrank) habe ich damals selbst eingebaut und würde ich für einen Abschlag von 500€ in der Wohnung lassen. Die alte Küche existiert noch und kann auch wieder eingebaut werden.
