Ich biete meine schöne, großzügige, zentral gelegene und voll ausgestattete 1-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Untermiete an, weil ich von Juli bis September für ein Praktikum in Frankfurt sein werde.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur eine Minute von der Haltestelle Abendakademie in der Innenstadt entfernt.

- 1 Küche mit viel Tageslicht
- 1 großer Südbalkon
- Umfangreiche Ausstattung: Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, weitgehend ausgestattete Küche (leider ohne Backofen & Geschirrspüler), Fernseher, Kommoden, Bett, Schreibtisch usw.

Kosten (mtl.):
- Kalt: 302,25 €
- Nebenkostenpauschale: 140,50 €
- Pauschale für Strom und Internet: 80 €
- Gesamt: 522,75 €

Kaution: 600 €

Voraussetzungen:
Das Vorliegen eines Einkommensnachweises (alternativ SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft) sowie eines Nachweises über eine Haftpflichtversicherung ist Grundvoraussetzung für den Mietvertrag.
Da ich die Wohnung selbstverständlich sehr gerne wieder in ordentlichem Zustand wiederfinden und die gesamte Ausstattung, die in der Wohnung bleibt und die ich dir kostenfrei zur Nutzung überlassen würde, in guten Händen wissen möchte, wäre es prima, wenn Du direkt ein paar Sätze zu Dir schreiben könntest, damit ich mir einen ersten Eindruck verschaffen kann. I'm offering my beautiful, spacious, centrally located, and fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment for sublet since I will be in Frankfurt for an internship from July until September.
The apartment is just one minute away from the Abendakademie tram stop in the city center.

Requirements:

Since I'd like to find the apartment in good condition on my return and want to ensure that all the equipment remaining in the apartment, provided without additional costs, is in good hands, it would be great if you could send me a few sentences about yourself so that I can get an first impression of you.
