Suche eine(n) Zwischenmieter(in) für meine möblierte 1Zimmer- Wohnung. Preis läge bei der regulären Miete bei 315€, aber würde die Wohnung auch für 300€ pro Monat überlassen!
Die Wohnung hat ein eigenes Bad sowie eine Küchennische. Die Möbel, die ich hinterlasse, sind ein großer Schiebeschrank, ein Schlafsofa und ein großer Schreibtisch. Mikrowelle und Drucker lasse ich ebenfalls zur Benutzung da :)
If rented for a longer period, apartment costs 300€/month, when the usual price is actually at 315€.
My apartment will be left with a bed/sofa, a desk and a big wardrobe. A microwave, rice cooker and a printer are also there for you to use. Individual kitchen and bathroom are included in the apartment.
Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Sicht aus dem Fenster (vor allem im Sommer). Vor allem ist aber die Wohnungslage super, da die Wohnung zentral verknüpft zum Stadtzentrum (2 Minuten zu Fuß) und nicht weit von der Uni entfernt (7 Min zu Fuß) liegt.
Die Verbindung zur Straßenbahn und Bus ist die Station Kunsthalle, die weniger als 5 min entfernt ist.
Der Cap Markt (direkt im UG von Galeria Kaufhof) und der 24h geöffnete Rewe am Paradeplatz sind nicht weit entfernt. Das Cinemaxx liegt direkt auf der selben Straße!
The apartment is very central and just a 2 minute walk from the shopping street and 7 minutes from university away. Trams can be reached within 5 minutes as well as the cinema which is on the same street.
Supermarkets like Rewe and the Cap Markt are not far away either.
Es ist möglich die Wohnung bis 25.08. zu mieten.
