It is a nice student apartment. Great atmosphere and quite spacious. When you wake up in the morning you can see the floor is covered by sun lights. Out of the big window, you can see a pretty garden with wild bunny bumping around.
It is a student WG independent bedroom with sink. You will share the bathroom and kitchen with other 7 students. The sitting room is also spacious with oven, Microwave, fridges. The cookeries are shared.
The location is really nice.
There are two trams and one bus passing by, all of which pass the central railway station. Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl and many other shops are only a stone away.
Crossing the street, there is also the Stadtbiblothek. If you are interested in music, the Altefeurwache and Capital theater is about 20-minutes walk or 5-minute bus.
You can get the key on the morning of June the 24th and return it in the afternoon of 29th.
Linear is included.
Keep the room as it was otherwise the deposit will not be fully returned.
Internet is also available.
The wardrobe not available although you will have great space on the cupboard and three huge drawers.
I wish you a pleasant stay.
The deposit will be collected when you get the key, the remaining part will be returned to you when you hand in the key.
Have some common sense when you live in the apartment and be nice to the other people living here.
