Ich vermiete meine sehr helle und voll möbilierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für die angegebene Dauer von zwei Monaten. Sie ist voll ausgestattet mit allem Nötigen: ein Bett (140 x 200 cm), einer kompletten Küchenausstattung, einem Schreibtisch, einem Küchentisch, einer Waschmaschine. Es gibt keinen Fernseher, dafür jedoch eine Musikanlage und einen Aufzug. Ein Großteil der persönlichen Objekte, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind, wird aus der Wohnung entfernt, so dass entsprechend genügend Platz für eigene Sachen vorhanden sein wird. Im Keller ist ein Fahrrad-Abstellplatz vorhanden. Ein Internetzugang ist nicht vorhanden.
I´m renting my very bright and fully furnished appartment for a total of two months. It is fully equipped with all necessary items: a big bed (140 x 200 cm), kitchen equipment, a desk, a dining table and a washing machine. There´s no TV, but an audio system and a lift to bring you up to the 5th floor. Most of the personal items on the pictures will be removed so there will be enough space for your personal belongings. There is also space to store a bike in the basement. There´s no wifi.
Die Wohnung liegt fast unmittelbar am Mannheimer Marktplatz (Markttage sind Dienstag, Donnerstag und Samstag), also mitten in der Stadt. Zur Strassenbahnhaltestelle sind es drei Minuten, zum Paradeplatz 6 Minuten. Zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten an der Universität, in 15 Minuten am Wasserturm und in 20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, mit der Bahn in 5. Alle Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
The appartment ist located very closely to the Marktplatz (where a food market takes place every Tuesday, Thrusday and Saturday), right in the center of the city. The next local transport station is around 3 minutes away by walking. In 15 minutes, you reach University, 15 to the Water Tower and to the central railway station, it takes you around 15 minutes (5 by taking public transport). All shops can be reached easily by walking.
