My preferred move-in date is 1 September 2023, and I am looking for a long-term rental agreement of 6 Months. Regarding the rental price, my budget range is between 300-350 euro, including utilities and any additional costs.

I am a responsible tenant with a stable income, and I am more than willing to provide any necessary documentation, such as proof of employment, references, or a security deposit, to secure the apartment.
