Hallo, ich wohne und arbeite als Softwareentwicklerin in Mannheim.
Ich suche ein 1-Zimmer leise Wohnung besonders Dachgeschoss und möchte ab August wohnen (*vielleicht kann ich früher umziehen) Neckarstadt-Ost ist am besten.

Meine Stelle ist eine unbefristete Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
Ich rauche nicht und habe kein Haustier.

Hello, I am working as a Software engineer and living in Mannheim.

I am looking for a quiet 1-room apartment, especially an attic or highest level and I want to move in August (whether I find a next tenant earlier or not.) Neckarstadt-Ost is the best location for me. But I can consider something else.

My contract is permanent, so I might rent out longer if possible.
I am neither a smoker nor a pet owner.
