Das Zimmer befindet sich in sehr gutem Lage. Ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hbf, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (EDeKa, Donnerladen, Asia Shop, Wollworth, usw) nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.
Der Kaltmiete beträgt 145€,und mein NK kostet ca. 60€, mein Stromverbrauch liegt bei 24€.
