Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei und kostet 370€ -all inklusive- warm. (Strom- Waschmaschinen-und Trocknermitnutzung, Parkplatz vor der Tür, etc. alles inkl.) Kaution ist 575€. Der Kühlschrank muss zu einem Abschlag von 200€ übernommen werden (halbes Jahr alt).
