Ich ziehe Ende November aus Marburg weg und muss schweren Herzens meine schöne Wohnung weiter geben.
Da ich mit meinem Freund zusammen ziehen werde, verkaufe ich auch ein Großteil der Möbel weiter (Preis verhandelbar) und meinen bestehenden Internetvertrag (1&1 29€)
Die Wohnung ist aufgrund der großen Fenster sehr hell!
Zu der Wohnung gehört außerdem eine Waschmaschine :)
Ich erzähle gerne mehr bei eine Besichtigung (möglichst bald!)
Die Lage ist perfekt.
Man ist in 1 Minute am Rudolphsplatz oder mit dem Fahrstuhl direkt vor der Tür in der Oberstadt.
Das Audimax ist von Schlafzimmerfenster sogar zu sehen :D
Sonstige Kosten sind Strom&Gas (80-90 Euro circa)
