Ich suche ab sofort eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung im 2009 neu gebauten Wohnkomplex "Campus I" direkt am Erlenring zwischen Mensa und ehemaliger Bibliothek!!
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock (ein Aufzug ist vorhanden) und hat 35 qm Wohnfläche.
Sie besteht aus einem Bad mit Dusche, einer Kochnische mit Herd, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank, sowie einem Kellerraum. Zur Wohnung gehören auch noch ein schöner Balkon, sowie ein Fahrradstellplatz. Ein Parkplatz im Parkhaus nebenan kann bei Bedarf zusätzlich gemietet werden. Ein großer Waschraum mit mehreren Waschmaschinen und Wäschetrocknern ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Gesamtmiete der Wohnung beträgt: 400€ + 80€ NK. Internetanschluss und Möbel können nach Absprache übernommen werden. Ggfs. kann die Wohnung auch schon zum 15.11 übergeben werden.
